Theory Test Centres in Cambridge:

The theory test is a prerequisite for all practical tests and is currently the only way to attain a driving licence. We recommend you visit your local Cambridge theory test booking centre if you haven’t booked a test. There are other options in the surrounding area: Ely, Peterborough, and Horsham. Meanwhile, there’s also a Harlow test centre near Essex.

Practical Test Centres in Cambridge:

We’ve been giving you advice about how to find practical test centres in Cambridge for a while now, but we might still be wondering where you’ll be taking your driving test. Cambridge has a Cambridge Brookmount Court test centre which can be found north of the city, off A14, and close to other towns nearby. You may find that Letchworth, Bishop’s Stortford, and Peterborough are worth considering as alternatives.

Cambridge Driving Test Pass Rates:

There’s never an ideal driver. But one shared experience we can all attest to is the need for a driving test. They’re nervous about their grades and chances of passing. This is why we endeavour to stay abreast of DVSA pass rates so that our staff can provide safe meeting and driving service to their customers. Brookmount Court is still a relatively new test centre, with pass rates from 2018/19 onwards.

Landmarks to Visit After Passing Your Driving Test:

Getting your driver’s license is a huge accomplishment, and you feel accomplished. But afterwards, what now? But life isn’t over after getting your driver’s license. It’s just getting started. And you deserve to treat yourself, to go and explore and do whatever you want to do. So here are some great ideas for what you can visit in Cambridge after getting your driver’s license:

1- Fitzwilliam Museum:

Fitzwilliam Museum is a museum of art and antiquities in Cambridge, England. The museum is home to one of the world’s most significant collections of paintings. The Fitzwilliam Museum was founded in 1816 with a bequest from Richard Fitzwilliam, 7th Earl of Southampton (1745-1816). The original building was designed by George Basevi, who took as his model J. M. W. Turner’s great neo-classical painting “The Fighting Temeraire” (now in Tate Britain). The first stone was laid in 1837 and opened in 1845 as a university museum for Cambridge University and later for the nation.

2- The River Cam:

The River Cam is a river that flows through the city of Cambridge and is one of the most popular attractions in the city. The best time to visit this site is during summer when it’s possible to have a picnic along its banks or go for a boat ride. The river is not only famous for its beauty but also as a popular tourist attraction. The river is also home to many species of wildlife and provides important habitat.

3- King’s College Chapel:

The King’s College Chapel is a magnificent building standing for centuries. It has been the centre of many important moments in history, and its architecture is a testament to the history of England. The chapel was built between 1446 and 1515 by Henry VI, who wanted to build a place where he could pray privately without being disturbed by his courtiers or other people around him. The King’s College Chapel is an imposing building that looms over King’s Parade.

4- The Cambridge Gin Laboratory:

The Cambridge Gin Laboratory is a gin distillery that offers tours and tastings. The distillery was founded by two friends who shared a passion for gin and wanted to create their own. The Cambridge Gin Laboratory is one of the few places where you can learn how gin is made. The distillery offers tours led by an expert, which will teach you about the history of gin and how it is made. The Cambridge Gin Laboratory also offers tours where visitors can learn about the process of distilling gin and see how it is made.

5- Cambridge University Botanic Garden:

The University Botanic Garden is a public garden that provides an oasis of calm in Cambridge city centre. The Garden was established in 1831 by Professor John Stevens Henslow to provide a space for teaching and research in botany. The site has been expanded several times since the establishment of the original gardens. The Garden has over 8,000 plant species and attracts over 1.5 million visitors annually, making it one of Cambridge’s most popular attractions. It’s also a great place to see what season it is in other parts of the world!
